I was having increased anxiety and stress related to a recent suicide of a patient. My experience was quite a bit more positive then I thought it would be. I like that I never feel judged and I felt like I could say anything I needed to say. I was able to increase the amount I work out and play/write music in a week. I feel less anxiety and stress overall as a result. I am seeing how my anxiety is affecting people around me. Before the coaching with you, I had random & scattered ideas about how to deal with areas of my life I was having concerns with. Today, things that I need to do with & for myself are clearly outlined & organized, thanks to you! :) I have actually already started taking steps towards my goals. There is now a plan on what to do to make sure I will continue doing the positive things that I have started doing. I have been open & honest about myself and with my responses to you primarily because I felt comfortable with you. I am positive that you will keep everything confidential. I have confidence in you as a professional. In all honesty,I am glad that I decided to do the coaching with you.
